Refund Schedule
Refunds are processed weeknights and should be deposited into your bank account within two to three business days, usually sooner, depending on the bank. Students are responsible for verifying that funds are available in their account before spending the funds. Be sure you are signed up for direct deposit (required) well before the dates below in order to avoid delays. These dates may be subject to change.
Fall 2012
First financial aid refunds will be processed and should be available in your bank account on or around Friday, August 24.
Spring 2013
First financial aid refunds will be processed and should be available in your bank account on or around Friday, January 11.
Summer 2013
First financial aid refunds for students enrolled in Maymester plus any other summer session should be available in your bank account on or around Friday, May 10.
First financial aid refunds for students enrolled in summer sessions (except for students enrolled in B session only) should be available in your bank account on or around Friday, May 31.
Financial aid refunds for students enrolled in B session only should be available in your bank account on or around Friday, July 5.
No refunds are processed on June 29-30.
