If you have a hold on your records, you will not be able to register for future term classes (in most cases), drop/add, re-admit or receive refunds, transcripts, or your diploma. Financial holds are usually a result of owing money to CU. The outstanding balance must be paid in full in order for the hold to be removed. The unpaid balance could be a result of outstanding tuition, fees, parking tickets, library fines, returned checks, short-term loans or federal loans.
