Confirmation Deposit Refunds
After graduation, confirmation deposits are returned less any outstanding charges about eight weeks after the end of the semester. If you are graduating, update your bank information in MyCUInfo in order to get your refund as quickly as possible. Go to the Billing Information tab and click Direct Deposit of Tuition and Fee Refunds.
If you withdraw or separate from CU Boulder Main Campus (including Leave of Absence) within established dates and guidelines, the confirmation deposit will be returned* less any outstanding charges. Upon returning to CU Boulder Main Campus, you will need to pay the confirmation deposit again during your first term of enrollment. Failure to do so will prevent you from registering for future terms. You will not be billed for the confirmation deposit. See instructions for paying the confirmation deposit as a returning student.
