Update your address by downloading the Parent PLUS – Change Refund Options form from the Office of Financial Aid and submit the completed form per the instructions. If you think your refund has been lost in the mail, contact the Bursar’s Office at 303-492-5381 to begin the re-issue process.

If the full amount of your PLUS Loan is on your student’s account and a refund is available but you have not received a check within 10 business days, please contact the Bursar’s office at 303-492-5381 or email@example.com.

Can I have my PLUS Loan refund direct deposited into my bank account?
