Employee and Eligible Dependent Tuition Waiver Benefit
How do I search for classes?
Employees and eligible dependents who have taken courses at CU Boulder in the past can search for courses on MyCUInfo.
If you’ve never taken courses at CU Boulder or do not have access to MyCUInfo, use the Guest Course Search.
How and when do I register for classes?
Visit the Office of the Registrar for guidance. The courses you register for MUST be listed on the Tuition Waiver Benefit Form that you submit to Employee Services.
You must wait until the first day of the term to register for classes. If you register before that day, you will pay full tuition and fees.
For classes that you are paying for yourself, you can register prior to the first day of the term. See the Academic Calendar for important dates.
How much will it cost?
The tuition benefit only waives the student share of tuition (tuition minus the College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend). Employees and eligible dependents are responsible for applying for and authorizing COF and paying mandatory fees and other educational costs after the tuition is waived.
Payment plans for summer tuition and fees are available NOW in MyCUInfo. Learn more!
NEW! 2017-18 tuition and fee rates will be published by May 1. Though the Board of Regents has approved tuition and fees, individual rates must be prepared by Budget and Fiscal Planning and the Bursar’s Office.
