Universities are not required to report the amount paid. We are required to report billed amounts only (in box 2). The amount reported in box 2 is comprised of tuition, mandatory fees and course and program fees. It does not include other charges such as room and board or health insurance. We also report any scholarships and grants a student received in box 5.
